Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. 1. The photo service was very poor, and whenever we called the staff, they took a long time to respond. 2. In the morning breakfast buffet, no dishes were available. The staff kept saying “it’s coming” but nothing was served on time, and because of this we got delayed by almost an hour for our office. 3. The quality and variety of food were very unsatisfactory. 4. The washroom was not clean. 5. The TV in the room was not recharged, so it was not working at all. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations.

The experience of stay was very good, the behaviour of the staff was polite and welcoming, the room was also very clean. Lastly, we can say that it is a hotel worth visiting next time, it was just a bit costly and the food was also a bit over budget.

Food was worst.. house keeping very poor. Staff do nt have any courtesy. Certian dumpness smell in the hotel lobby and restaurant making very uneasy and uncomfortable. Overall stay was not so good.

My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to the following issues: The main door lock was broken, compromising safety and security. The toilet hand shower was not functioning. Despite repeated complaints, pillow covers were not changed.

Property is well equipped. Staff was very cooperative. Especially the f&b manager. However, the property itself was not clean. Inf-act downright dirty in some places. For the price they are charging, rooms should be much cleaner. Toilet too was about ok. They need to work on keeping the property clean.

familyThey think that they are the only hotel in town. Very bad behaviour by the md of the hotel, the eating to cancel the relationship just because i had booked the hotel in my name for my guest. No discussion on how we can solve it. Hotel is filled with goons. Would not recommend a family to stay there. .
