horrible stay dirty room ,non ac ,damage bed bad behaviour ,and many more issue . not recommend to any one

The bed was quite uncomfortable, chairs and tables were full of dust … the toilet had a bucket and mug which was so dirty .. mirror was not clean and even the toilet seat was dirty

The hotel bookings itself not happened it is very bad experience

Firstly I have visit hotel after booking they are dining to me for checkin and demanding the extra money of 700 than i have escalate same they have helped me and resolve the issue with oyo team than after hotel person allow me for check in it take 1 hour late night ,

When we went there, they didn't even talk to us directly; on the contrary, we told them that we didn't have any booking. Worst hotel and staff in my whole life. This hotel is also such a place where i was scared to go and the staff is worst, the owner of the hotel is not responsible at all. Please don't stay in this hotel.

I booked this hotel my visit to Ghaziabad. When i reached the hotel, it was hard to find it. When we reached there, stray dogs were lying on the stairs, After reaching the reception with my wife, i asked the receptionist about my booking. The receptionist was a male aged about 25-26 years, he was highly drunk. He told me that the hotel doesn't take bookings After that, he asked me about the time (in hours) i want to stay in the hotel, when i informed him that we'll stay overnight he told us that a room is vacant but the AC is not working and the room was adjacent to the reception and there was no lock on the door and the door was having holes in it and it was very hard to close the door. when we denied to check in that room, he start screaming that it is the only room, if don't want it, then you can go. Then i called connected me to OYO customer support, where an area manager was speaking to me, and he was speaking He told us that you have to check in that room only and when i start telling him about the problems related to the room, he disconnected the call. I faced a lot of problems and wasted a lot of time because of these goons. That receptionist was drunk and staring me and my wife continuously. There was no security in the hotel. It was one of the worst experiences of my life and this hotel should be shut down as doing nothing but harrassing people in and out.

The amenities that were to be provided by the hotel during our booking were washing machine, kitchen. But none of them was provided. Everytime we had to order food through zomato

Hotel manager charged more than the booking amount. Since it was late night, i had to pay it. Room was not clean and a packet of condom was lying there. The washroom ran out of water in the morning. Even the staff behaviour was not good. Honestly, this hotel is not recommended at all.
