Resort was calm and peaceful and had only basic amenities. Food was not good.

They have not provided the rooms what we have booked. Completely different rooms. Totally understand unsatisfied. But the place is good

Atmosphere & Location: The villa is nestled amidst sprawling, lush green coffee plantations, offering a tranquil and picturesque environment. The atmosphere is generally described as peaceful and quiet, providing a perfect break from city life. Guests often enjoy stunning vistas of the coffee estates and a glimpse of the quaint life in the Western Ghats. The homestay often embraces an eco-conscious charm, with some reports of power generated from natural sources on the estate. Food: A major highlight of the stay is the food, which is frequently praised. Guests rave about the delicious traditional Malnad delicacies, featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The meals are often described as home-cooked, fresh, and sometimes made with produce grown organically on the plantation itself. The hosts aim to take guests on a "gastronomic journey" of the region.

The stay charged me 5k in peak off season and in return provided a small room without windows. There was no in house meal available other than snacks. Only one help was available for cooking and room maintenance. No mobile coverage. Most basic facilities were not available. I will not recommend this property for stay. The property is remotely located and has very small rooms without windows. The bedding provided was uncomfortable and one man show was going on for cooking some basic snacks (btw dinner was not available at the property). No restaurant was ready to deliver at the property. Rooms looked shady with poor quality bedsheet, towels etc. For the price, it was well below expectations. I will not recommend this for stay to anyone.

property was decent.food has limited option only one to two food option, restaurant was not there,for lunch we have to order food from outside,they charge for food delivery.. activities are less. network will be low at the property.property was ok,you can visit once

Good experience, located in coffee estate, away from city hustle, peaceful location, good food, good staff, high ceiling rooms. Overall very good stay, much recommended.

Initial booked for deluxe room. Images were awesome. But practically room was very disappointing. Finally we paid extra and got little better room

No power complete night in daining and playing area rain water came under bed

Had a wonderful stay at coffeebeanvilla.The hosts (Dhanush & Sowbhagya, Aishwarya) were very friendly and welcoming.The food was traditional malnad style made by latin Babu.Each and very minute thing was taken well care of. The weather was very pleasant as it had rained recently.Our room stay was clean and hygienic in between coffee plantation with chirping of bird sounds. We enjoyed the morning jeep ride to the trekking and backwaters where we got to see the nice exotic birds and wild boars,peacock, rabbit on the way. Lovely visit will cherish for forever ❤️. I would certainly come back with more groups and would recommend to big family groups.

It's better to follow the steps & directions sent by the host to reach the destination without any problem. Rooms are excellent. courteous Staff. food was Good. most of the Cycles are not in good condition. Doors of the bathroom was too tight making it difficult to open & close. location of the property is such that most of the tourist spots are around 40 kms away. Early morning open Jeep ride into the estates was a real treat to our eyes.

Had a great stay ! the food was some of the best i've had at a home stay. They provide variety and every meal is cooked fresh. The view from our room was unmatched. Dhanush and aishwarya are warm and lovely hosts. The staff were polite and always ready to help. As a group of 7 we had a great time.

We booked the tent in coffee beans but when we went there the tent and the bed inside it was all wet because of the rain at night. Also it was v small tents for 2. 8k. We asked whether bigger and waterproof tents or rooms are available, we will pay the extra amount and stay. But they said it's all booked. We got 2. 5k refund from him out of 2. 8k. We had to come back to bengaluru that day because we had no place to stay. He said he will dry it and put it back but all the sponge inside the bedding was wet. It was not possible. Also we asked what if it rains today night also. Where will we go at night. We were just 2 girls. It's not safe. He had no answer. It was a terrible experience. No

The location is good but there is not much to look around other than coffee estates. Nearest town is belur or sakleshpur. Deluxe room was a bit upsetting as it was located inside the house of the host so there is not complete privacy as people come and go. Food quality was good but less options. Host is good and friendly. Facilities need a bit of upgrade like games and stuffs. Location good for chilling for a day.

A beautiful place for outing with family, friends and office colleagues. Good food, service, friendly staff and well maintained rooms with good bed linens it was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed a lot!

Room ambiance was good with clean rooms midst of coffee estates. Wifi strength was very good and food was amazing what more do you want!happy with the stay worth the money

He did not receive my calls. And when we show up he denied our booking. The host was a liar and tried to turn us away from the booking stating covid reasons. He said one of the employees is tested positive. The workers on the property said no covid cases on the property
