it was awesome, hospitality, the place , the hawa mahal the reception guy.. everything was too Good.. But the Breakfast Manager he is not that polite, asked him to tell someone to clean the table, he doesn't do that didn't help us to understand the buffet in breakfast we are new in rajasthan.. Rest chomu palace is worth for every single penny spend

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional hospitality and a refreshing drink that set the tone for our stay. The architecture was breath-taking — high ceilings, antique furniture, intricate wooden carvings, and vintage decor that transported us back in time, without compromising on modern comfort. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and full of character. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the little touches — like handwoven fabrics, brass fittings, and local artworks — made the space feel curated and special. The bathroom was updated and clean, blending heritage style with modern amenities seamlessly. The food deserves special mention. We were served delicious, home-style regional dishes made with fresh local ingredients. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and eager to share the property's history with us, which added depth to the experience. Special mention “Mr. Ishwar Singh”, Ishwar Singh's hospitality truly elevated our stay, his warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel like royalty. He went above and beyond at every step, embodying the grace and professionalism that define Chomu Palace. We also enjoyed walking around the grounds — the gardens were serene, and the old Temple, courtyards, and verandas offered plenty of spots to relax and soak in the atmosphere. There was even a small guided tour available that explained the heritage of the building and its restoration journey. Pathetic and unprofessionalism at chomu palace

My overall experience at chomu palace was not good. Their intercom was ringing at night multiple times and we hardly slept for both the night. First day we complained about it and they said they had fixed. But another night also random rings on their phone was coming at night for more than 5-6 times. We ultimately had to remove the cable. The chicken they were serving was not at all fresh. They had a wedding also there and all the staffs was only prioritizing them. Even the food they served was decided by them which we didnt liked at all. I have paid almost 45k, not to eat what others has decided in their party. Even the staffs were considering that we are also part of the wedding. There was no professionalism to differentiate the wedding and non wedding people. You are not solely running a banquet hall. They should have knowledge of all their guests and treat accordingly. Even we were asked to do early check out for their wedding guests! i mean why? if they have celebration, i too went there for celebration. I would never prefer going there again. @makemytrip please provide me voucher/ refund for this worst experience

familyHotel stay was good. Everything from suites to food was exceptional including the hospitality. Makkhan from darbar hall took good care even for the food that wasn’t there in the buffet menu. Room cleanliness was also good.

groupAmazing time spent. It was our 2nd time and the hospitality has increased tremendously. It was a great experience. The palace was clean, hygienic. And the staff is really humble, helpful, and quick to provide service.

coupleA complete heritage experience, just loved the stay and hospitality. You can spend the whole day inside the hotel just roaming around and mesmerising the beauty. Food is also delicious and they also give you a complete tour of the palace. Loved the swimming pool.
