Terrible stay

familyThe only good thing in the Hotel was tea. Had booked a so called executive room. When I reached there and the room was shown to me, it seemed as if the room was kept locked for centuries. The room wasn't cleaned, bathroom light wasn't working, bathroom drain had choked, kettle for heating water had developed molds inside as it was not cleaned after it last use. I was promised that everything would be fixed within 2 hours. Requested the hotel staff to light up the fireplace in the room in evening. We went out for 4 hours. The staff had fixed that bathroom light and the room was cleaned. The bathroom drain still was choked. After a few reminders to the staff about lighting up the fireplace, the staff turned up with Havan samagri wood wood to light up the fireplace. They did so but the fire did not last for even half an hour. I told them to get some more fire wood which they said wasn't there with them. However, the staff promised that they'd do something. To my utter surprise, the staff landed up with a broken door and furniture pieces to be burnt in the fireplace and they did so leaving us in a room filled with smell of burnt furniture. The room service is even more horrendous. Neither the food nor the cutlery, for that matter, anything that you ask for never comes before 45 mins. At several time I myself bathed into their kitchen to get stuff.

Horrible stay

I stayed there with my family for 2 nights. It was the worst Hotel ever, nothing was there following are the problems. No one listens. Except for there manager aarti. Don't have a doorbell at rooms. Smelly rooms. Wrecked furniture. Worst food and very costly. Till 7. 45 Am no one will be at reception or anywhere. Stained furniture. Their sofas are like they buy ed 10th hand. They offer water in plastic jugs 10. They don't have good cut ladies Don't expect anything from them. Due to dumping zone nearby Hotel air smells. 14. No intercom. Mostly staff forgets to wait or knock to come inside if the room is open as mentioned above there is no doorbell. There is no one in the night at the reception. Even there potty seats are broken Worst Hotel.

Nice and comfortable

Overall experience was nice, will give u a resort like an experience but rooms are not soundproof. If someone is having party time next to your room then you have to listen to all the songs.

Peaceful stay at a great location

A good hotel in an amazing location with good hotel staff, comfy and clean rooms, and great room service. All the staff were very courteous and food was superb. Over all I had great time in Mussoorie and Chimney House By UK07 hotels made my trip memorable. I'll surely come back again and recommend anyone who want to have some amazing time here.

Great Hotel with excellent facilities

The location was great, foods are very testy and the rooms were nicely maintained, but what impressed me is the supportive Hotel staff. They were extremely generous and helpful. I highly recommend people who are looking for peaceful holiday for 2-3 days can visit at Hotel Chimney House with family and friends.

Food was very bad and costly. Service was also very bad. Tv was not working. Although location was good and nature of staff was very good and helpful. Need to maintain the property.

Highly avoidable

Rooms are average, nothing functioned properly. Just didn't like it at all. Only the staff is nice and the location is good. Rest is all bad and not good at all. Please avoid.

Pleasant view and great hospitality

This Hotel has a pleasant view outside. It has beautiful ambience indoor with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, yummy breakfast and a comfortable bed to sleep on. The staff there was also very attentive. Thanks guys for such pleasant and timely services.
