They said they are provided rooms super deluxe, but it’s not clean and not maintained. For same charges how can they provide two different sizes of rooms?

Location is very good, staff is very co-operative and market is little far but its OK as place is very good and room is clean. So nice place to visit and bathroom is also very good with hot water available. The best hotel I found at very best location few minutes from mall road.

The best hotel I found at very best location few minutes from mall road. The room service was good and very neat and clean rooms. We had good stay at this hotel all things are very near to you market, restaurants shopping etc. I prefer one should stay at this hotel.

Very nice stay. Good services provided by staff. Location of hotel is also good. Facility of both the rooms were very good. Bath tub was not fitted with proper stopper. TV recharge were expired before check out.

Location of hotel is nice. You can enjoy the view of mountains admist in manali's nature. Rest room services and other things are OK. Approx 2 kms from main mall road. Hotel staff is polite. Overall rating will be 3. 5/5

We visited on 27 Jan and stayed 2 days at there, hotel is on a very good location staff and service was good. It's near mall road so going for shopping is easy they will also. Arrange services for going to valley for fun.

I'm satisfied The location was very nice. Staff was very helpful. They were available 24*7 for everything. Felf like home. Washrooms were clean and hygienic. Linen was spotless. Very affordable tariff.

Its very nice hotel in Manali, Excellent room, Excellent Price, Excellent Food, Excellent Service, Excellent Facilities, and I had been to this hotel with my wife and this hotel is located in the city and we did not have any problem in location. There was no delay while check-in and check-out process. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The appearance of the hotel was good. The staff at the hotel were friendly in behaviour and they used to provide service on time. The amenities in the room were in good condition. The food provided to us was vegetarian and it was good in taste.

I booked deluxe room by Makemytrip. Hotel staff provided me super deluxe room but it was really bad experience. Very dirty washroom, no view from room, late service and no proper bedding. Only staff behaviour was good. I booked for 2 nights but stayed for 1 only.

No lift but they gave me a room on 4 th floor. Quality of food not good. Better to eat outside. Bath tub was bad and not usable. TV has very few channels they have not recharged dth. View of mountain was good from my room.

Not a Nice location to stay in these hotel. Besides mall road has cheaper hotels with good facilities. If anybody stays here then they have to face high transportation charge. Nobody came to pick bags.

Awesome hotel with great facilities, hotel reception was very helpful, rooms were big neat and clean. Room service was good but if you give order for food it will take some time otherwise from all aspects this hotel is good. It's really value for money, after seeing my room I was glad, view from my room was lovely. I enjoyed my stay there and I recommend you too to stay there it's really nice hotel. Hotel is located very closed to market, there was a snowfall on the day we reached Manali, due to hotels good location we were able to reach hotel easily service also good staff cooperative, rooms are luxury, we were in group so we enjoyed our trip very much.

Hotel location is good and view from the room is awesome. The service provided is satisfactory, food is really good.

The view from the window is best you could ask for with snowy peaks and sunshine in the morning. Although it is at a distance of about a kilometer from the main mall road but it is worth it. Rooms are well furnished and hot water readily available in bathtubs. Free wi-fi, costly food, average service, friendly staff. All in all its value for money.

Cottage was good, service was excellent I love it. Love to come back, staff was good, find it little difficult because there is two chandramukhi one is botel and other is cottage. Environment is friendly.

Its not a cottage but cottage like. Food was O.K but options were limited in the package. I would suggest to go for it without food.

Chandramukhi Cottages is very neat and clean Hotel. The Staff is co operative. Food is also very tasty and rates are reasonable.

I visit 03 OCT 2014 with my friend.. 1. Location is too far from Manali Bus Stand (25 mins by walk) 2. Water power is too weak for shower facility. 3. Hotel towel is too dirty 3. CRITICAL : Overbooking issue, I try to check-in 11:00PM, but hotel manager request me go to other hotel and I should see others humble inn with hotel driver at 12:00AM. I deeply complain this, then after 1 hour, they provide top floor room
