Expections were too high but the room was not that

Room floor is very dirty no door mat also

Hotel name is different than the mm t app. Washroom was very dirty. Blanket dirty and when i asked for a new blanket they provide me a blanket cover and tell me the reason for this sir we are using same blanket only covers has been changed but cover was also very dirty. And the room provided by the hotel is different from the mm t app

All things were good staff were member talk with politely or maintain social distance

Over all stay was convenient. Location and hotel cleanliness.

It's an average hotel, staff are good, but very hard to find, location given is not correct.

Overall good stay experience, only the wall plug points were not working properly. But still hotel was nice.

I was with my family and the hotel was so bad and the staff behavior was so bad too the photos given in MakeMyTrip images are fake and the real room looks so dirty and bad and even they don't have proper water facilities and even no hot water too no soap, towels. Very bad experience.

Took 2 rooms just to stay closer to station for 1 day. All we wanted is clean rooms and toilets, which the hotel doesn't have. The staff behavior is good and they changed one of the rooms but it was still dirty with patchy walls and patches all around and dirty toilet and stained bed sheets.

The business trip was decided so I want to the nearest palace to the meeting. The staff were kind. It was a bright and wonderful palace in general. Especially Mr. Bhagwan Singh thank you. I was deeply moved by your thoughtful consideration.

Hote staff is very good, room is clean and food is very good.

Good hotel, can stay with family or solo or couples. Need to adjust with washrooms in few rooms. They are clean but some sort of smell maybe because of less ventilation but I guess it's the same in every hotel in Delhi of this range.
