Only one word for this hotel - pathetic and bad experience of stay at this hotel. If you don't have any option in coimbatore and forced to stay in street then book this hotel.

While booking it was included breakfast, but when check in at hotel they told no breakfast. Rooms are not properly maintained. Bathrooms are not well cleaned. Entrance lobby towards the lift has drainage smell. Ac remotes has no battery. Pillows, blankets and bed are not good.

The room cleaning is not good and Normal drinking water also they not providing, No water heater, The linen also they changed they making the bed used lines, TV remote not working…

Worst hotel experience not recommended nothing to say about the hotel they asking for extra payments more than what we book in the app then there is no in booking in the app

Absolutely slum will be better then this hotel stay with third class bar on top floor attached to this stay

Please don’t book this hotel if you are travel-ling with family in your car. Staff is not polite and they will not resolve any of your issue

Overall it was a pathetic experience with this hotel stay. Staffs are really rude and not hot water facility. Lot of small size cockroaches and ants. Stayed for two days and requested a lot to get one bucket of hot water in a buckle and it’s not a easy process to approach and get in for two days for our kids. Highly not recommended for family but may be okay for bachelors

I would like to share my experience with this hotel in detail. Just to help others through this review before they book rooms in this hotel. First i would like share some pros, location is really excellent in terms of accessibility. Other than this nothing. Really pathetic experience with family and kids. Cockroaches and bugs in the room and no proper room cleaning initiated unless we ask for. No hot water and old pattern lift and i don’t feel safety as it was stuck similar instances for the day. Staff behaviour is very rude and not friendly at all. Not sure how make my trip still holds this property in their app. Booked for 2days and it’s not worth at all.

Not even have a basic need properly. Not clean, after booked only they intimate that heater is not working, bed are not clean, smell make us allergic.

Location ok, room ok, but no water heater for bahing is less and western toilet is problem hotel people rectify ed

Bedsheet pillow cover not cleaned. No drinking water available, hot water for bath not available. Bath soap also not provided. Staff could not talk properly. Hotel staff is not available room service. Mosquito are there inside the room.

It's very nice to had this hotel. All about very good. Hotel surrounding was very amazing and classical area in this place

If you don’t know tamil, pols don’t go otherwise you’ll be in trouble also the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. Even i found plenty of cockroaches and bedbugs in my room though manager has changed the room but still i’ll not suggest this property for staying.

First we visited they are shouting to cancel the booking because makemytrip quoted low price like that receptionist says. After i paid extra 300rs he allocated room, but in that room no fan working most worst experience

1) no hot water for bathing 2) no room service before 8am 3) daily room cleaning is not done 4) in reception & nearby, the receptionist & assistant sleeps, covering blanket to themselves, upto 8am.

There were many issues 1. Receptionist was not polite. After i asked to do checkin process before 12 he said to sit with arrogance. I told i have meetings at same time you can do just checkin process and later you can provide room but till than he started arguing and shouting 2. Room was in terrible condition. Slept with cockroaches, dirty bed and blankets 3. Bathroom was smelling 4. Room was in 3rd floor and lift was not working. And many more

Worst staff members, pathetic manager, insects and cockroaches all around, stain spots on bedsheets. Broken toilet pan and least cleanliness.
