Very bed experience for couples not service good extra money demand and hotel staff not good dont stay this hotel

Please Please don't book this hotel, manager said property had sale from last 15 days so we can't provide room for cheak in.. it's an humble request to didn't book the hotel

When I reached the Hotel at about 10 PM, at first they denied us rooms saying that our booking is not confirmed. Then property manager agreed about the booking but demanded an additional 619- .

they set the price low and when u book and pay the amount and reach the venue they won't respond also they asked 1200 rs extra for early check-in and i said ok no problem i'll check in after 12 so i should not pay the extra amount right but that is not the case the recipition boy does not no anything for everything he will call the manager how is in home and he will tell us to pay even more and owner of the building won't pick up the call and goes for playing tennis they all put a drama every one ask for different price they say no even after 12 pm check in they will not allow us to check in without the extra amount also it's in the interior and auto wala won't go inside and we need to carry all the luggage and only climb lift is not working we need to use the stares only rooms are very dirty and not maintained most of the rooms are empty and i saw it because i was not able to find the reception.coz reception was some where else and rooms were some were else and some one puked in one of the room and it was left as it is .verry verry worst hotel i have seen in my life time and the person in the hotel worst stay in my life time. i was then changed to a different hotel from there

It was horrible. I regret booking this hotel. Worst hotel i have ever checked in. Idiotic staffs with no proper manners. 0 rating for cleanliness, and everything. Found unnecessary stuffs which proves their uncleanliness. A used undergarment, a massager, stained blanket, pillow. No toiletries were provided in advanced. I had to ask for it.

Very dirty. Cockroaches moving on bed. No cleaning of room very bad experience. At night ay 2am unable to checkin first then multiple calling customer care atlast allowed at 4am.

It was just a flat like two -rooms through a single door...no hygiene on bed sheets and rajai...1 room geyser not working...hardly in facility like a hotel...access from main road is difficult..Poor staff service.For foods have to go out around 1 km.

Room condition pathetic, service bad. Bedsheet dirty, geaser not working, bathroom very dirty. Pillows and covers dirty, walls are dirty with tobaco

Me and my girlfriend feels very safe over their staff is also so nice to us excellent experience.
