familyBy the River is a simple resort that is tucked away deep inside a small village in Masinagudi. The place is maintained ok, clean bedding and toilet with basic facilities. There is access to the small brook from the property, though a bit tricky to reach. The caretaker was a pleasant person and so was the help there. But food is too overrated, I would suggest going to a nearby restaurant on the Masinagudi village. Overall an average property for a short stay.

Well mannered and decent staff. Owner is also very nice. Good ambiance giving you a comfort inside the forest. Home food they are giving. Caretaker mahadevan is taking care of all guests like family.
