This was my second visit to the place, very clean and neat. Host was very friendly. Stay was peaceful. We had requested for veg food, and it was very authentic. Very near to kigga and sringeri

Property is inside a jungle on the side of the road. Accessibility may be worrying due to navigation by google maps is through inside roads depending on where you start. Food was good and tasty. While all the basic amenities are provided, you might certain aspects to your liking or expectations as you have paid a high rent as in a nice hotel.

This property is absolutely nested within the nature. We were treated with a warm hospitality by the service staff. Rooms are neat & clean. We had a short but a memorablr stay.

There’s Scope for improvement for sure . Rooms are good but the common areas needs to be clean and tidy including their pool. Food is good and so is their hospitality.

Stay was good. Room was clean. But there was power issues at night.

Not liked environment. It is like an outhouse. Food is very costly. Room rent was also costly.

Rooms were big and accomodating the host was very friendly and helpful cleanliness needs to be improved - though the rooms were clean there were a lot of stains on the sheets and floor swimming pool is good but regular cleaning is needed food was great

Buddha tree home stay is located in a forest area near sringeri. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I have rated good. I find that the stay costlier for the location and value it brings to customers and would be good if they provide breakfast free of cost for the amount they charge. The swimming pool should be cleaned and maintained well.

Horrible experience as i had booked two rooms but they said because of their mistake only one room available

The home stay is located far away from the mail temple which makes it very difficult to keep going back and forth to the temple with very narrow and curvy roads

Need more maintenance considering the tariff. The route shown in google map is very narrow and lonely. Proper guidance required from the homestay. Some professionalism is lacking. Kettle was having a bit shock while touching it. No glass was kept and no waste basket available in rooms.

Property is fine but location is terrible and nowhere worth staying . It is all alone alienated property. Good - only breakfast served and no lunch available. Very average services, not even coffee is given forget about welcome drink. MakeMyTrip showed breakfast free at the time of booking but after booking this was nowhere. Same complaint from others who stayed- is it cheating or error? Overall this place is worth at best for which we were charged I will never recommend this place

We stayed at Buddha Tree Homestay for One night as we were visiting the Shringeri Shrine nearby. My dad, sister and myself. For a short one night stay - the cost did seem pricey... but then I didnt mind it as the rating was good on MMT. Good: Buddha Tree is a relatively new facility. The staff/owners, especially Viksheeth are helpful, courteous and attentive. The place is compact and comfortable. The room was spacious and sufficient for even 4 adults. Food was fairly well done as well - albeit on costlier side. Esp breakfast is priced too steep for a basic 2-3 item fare. This is NOT criticism. Just some suggestions that I missed stating earlier before leaving. 1. firstly - the room needs a nightlamp - especially in family room. 2. Fix the drive-in Ramp. Its too muddy and for a place with so much rains, even a SUv will find it an irritant. 3. Provide some cloth hanging pegs inside the bathroom. No place to hang clothes. Especially given the shower is in middle of the bath, one cant use the tower rack - as there is chance of water splashing there. 4. The commode seat is clearly new - but this cant be pulled up. As a result, the seat remains wet all the time due to adjacent shower. Consider installing shower curtains otherwise/ or atleast a toilet seat that can be kept upright to drain it dry. 5. didnt bother us - as we were three adults - but I wondered - looking at the extra high wash basin in the toilet - as to how some kid would use it.

There was power cut couple of times at night and i felt the rent was on a bit on expensive side
