It was really good to talk with you guys. At first check in time i faced 1 issue. And i called make my trip customer care. And they are just awesome they find out my issue and solved it by 1 hour. I really appreciate it.

Yes, the hotel location is good near railway station but the room service is worst, toilet is very small no space and over all it is average.

I will never book a room. I haven't took the images. But the room condition was not as good as per the cost. Also they haven't provided the complimentary breakfast. Bathroom was good. Room service staffs are good but room condition, pillow bed sheet was not good.

I had a very horrible experience because i booked 2 rooms they gave only 1. I would like to ask the reason why was that done ? and i paid for 2 rooms not 1. Worst experience ever. I wanted my money back. Behaviour was also pathetic by these hotel staffs. Not co - operative. In the ratings 0 was not an option otherwise would've given 0 or also negative. I just want my money back. I spent 1800 rs and this is what i get, a 400 rupees voucher from your end is just not fair.
