Actually it's home stay not resort. Having lots of problem. Like water supply etc.

It was horrible on the name of family suite there was a room with out proper ventilation

Sir, my room has 8 windows, and exhaust fan also now how much ventilation you need, even you didn't stay so in a just one minute how can you say that no ventilation.

Sir how can u say about the conditions of our rooms without even staying here, you cancelled your booking made a huge brawl at the resort disturbed our other guests and even took your money back, its a humble request to please behave like a guest not like a milk feeding child Thank you

Hotel is located near Naukuchiyatal. It's the best location of Bhimtal. Adventure places is near by. Hotel is surrounded by the garden.
