A poor experience regarding stay at arunachala ramana home

I found this property's location by google gps location. The room given was a smallone and they don't provide soap, paste and brushes for us. Food provision is not there and we have to go nearly a half km. From the property. Parking facility is not there and we have to kept our vehicles on road. For drinking water they provided can water and they don't provide any flask and tumblers for storage in the room. These were the problems we faced during thiruvannamalai temple visit and poor experience.

We booked a room for 5, when we got there we weren't happy with the room because it wasn't in the main building and the AC didn't work at the best. The staff of the hotel decided to give us two room for the same price we haven't seen that in India great location, great value for money.

I had booked a Deluxe AC room for me and my parents. but was given a non AC room in neary adjoining lodge. The climate was too hot and it was quite unbearable for my parents to stay there. The hotel incharge said that some customers had extended their stay there on that date as such, they couldn't provide us the AC Room. Though they refunded some part of the booked amount. Staff were courteous and soft spoken. It was quite far from the Tirumalai temple 1.5 km. As such had to take auto to go to the temple and due to some festival they charged somewhat to travel this distance.

Hotel is disgusting, the staff is so rude and ridiculous they don’t have single humanity. Rooms are quite small and with so many insects inside and termite that to tons of numbers won’t suggest it to anyone ever biggest mistake of choosing this hotel. It is a black mark on the name of hotels. Do not choose this property please highly recommend to everybody.

Good stay. Nearer to Ramana ashram and nearer to sheshadri ashram as well. Good hotels are nearby. Easy to go to ashram for early morning prayers. Close to girivalam route also. Just 1. 5 km temple
