Actually my room was given to someone and I was not allowed within my kids and wife. Even I called around 6 and I have informed I’ll be @ 8:30 they said ok. After reaching to the venue they said room was given to someone and I lost 2000 as though my booking was non refundable.

There is no lift, mosquitoes in the room, and an experienced delay to check in by the staff, they don't know how to talk with customers, ac's are too old not that much cool. Provided phone numbers are not working that's it ! we won't prefer booking this again. Thanks. Np thanks !
