ARMERIA INN

No water,hand wash,Soap in washroom. Lots of mosquito in room where bedsheet were not clean. Asked for these things to staff but they have ignored.

Very bad experience I faced ever when I booked hotel from mmt and reached hotel they said room are not vacant and you extra for different room ..what type of scene these and hotel room was very poor tiles are broken and AC not work properly

1. They have refused about booking then I spoken to customer care makeMyTrip then they agreed to give room. 2. AC remote was not working 3. Exhaust fan in the toilet was not working. 4. Anti mosquito repllent was not provided 5. Tv remote was not working 6. Door lock was brocken 7. There is no seating chair was available in the room 8. No drinking water available in the hotel 9. No paid tea/ coffee/food/snakes available in the hotel 10. Every thing was acceptable but denying of booking is not acceptable telling that all rooms are full wherein in front of me offline booking were instant goining on almost 70% rooms were vacant and one time our customer care also told me to cancel the booking but any how after fight we get the room 11. Overall the stay was terrible and our trust on makeMyTrip site is also gone down and it was terrible

koi staff cooperative nai hai...pani wani peene k liye khridna pdta Hai...aur early check-in ka bhut high charge krte Hai...if u reach early make sure u have enough money for early check-in..

Room is fantastic , brilliant service , neat and clean outdoor , view is good and sunlight holder. Easy transportation to anywhere whether it is railway stations or tourist places. Enjoyed a lot over there. Thank MMT and Armeria Inn.
