Anvy Stay

A good stay place, with all facilities, caretaker was also helpfull, one negative point some electric switch board is not running properly, otherwise no problem, a very comfortable stay, beach is very close

Spacious and clean rooms, functional Ac, helpful caretaker, calm and quiet beach walkable distance,

The room had pest issues and cockroaches. Extra blanket was not provided even though my booking was for 6 people. The single blanket which was provided was not enough. Other than that, services were ok and needs to be improved.

Look at the ambiance of anvy stay. Need an immediate upgrade. Restroom are in very bad shape. I was asked to checkout by 8am. He says need time to clean for next customer. Local coolie was kept as gaurdian. He doesn't understand english/hindi. No food on-site. Not even a milk packet is available nearby.

All are ok. If they arranged more cookery item. Then it was vesy much helpful. But rest it was excellent.

That home stay was just wanderfull. Safe and hygiene and sanitation was upto the point

It was an horrible experience. The property is just not a right place to take a family. The property was very badly maintained and the utensils were too dirty and other facilities also were just not upto the mark

property is far from sea beach as per my expectations, room size is little bit small as compair to price

I loved everything about this property. Room was very neat and clean specially the bathroom very well maintained and hygienic. We had a conversation with owner at call, very politely and well behavior talking for booking this property. No complain about this property. Only one reason caretaker hospitality was not satisfied. Whenever and whatever we are asking him to bring he refused. That's only disappointing us. Otherwise i recommend every guest to plz book this hotel for nyc stay. Thank you

Neat and clean 1bhk with 2 ac's. But no mesh in window considering mosquitoes.
