Dirty unhygienic overpriced

I’ve not stayed in the hotel I checked in found out it’s too dirty the bed the walls the washroom everything was so unhygienic how do you expect guests to stay there I didn’t raise a issue as I was occupied with other work I had to shift to another property which was priced equally and had very good hygiene rooms and washrooms for the same price I would definitely want my refund I did tell the receptionist he said talk to make my trip we have no hold on that so I want you to initiate the refund process asap !

waste of money ,poor fungus wall ,even room lights doesn't work,down telephone,broken AC vent hotel require huge maintaince. I request TO first check the hotel before posting photos because room doesn't match with the image. Dirty bathroom ,dirty sofa their was nothing good about hotel

I would rate it average.It looked like an old property with torn out wall papers. The washroom was not clean when we reached the place but the room service was quick on response.The location of the hotel is good and close to Mahakal Mandir.

1. The property is 3. 5 km away from temple. 2. The room was dirty, nothing like shown in pic. 3. The bedsheet they applied was also torn. 4. The corridor were was untidy and unkept.

But it's the worst experience as of insects(khatmal) are there in the room. After complaining also they didn't changed the room. We were with 2 little babies hence we didn't slept whole night as that insects are coming out continuously

Food was very bad, not much option. Amenities were not upto the mark. Dont know how this hotel got 3.5 star rating. Cleaning was not proper in room. Toilet sheet was broken. Glasses in the bathroom was not cleaned. Shower tap was broken.
