Ambara Kovilakam Nature Stay by Travent Mug, Ramanagaram

The in-house staff was fantastic, lovely people and excellent food. The maintenance of the property by travent mug needs a lot of improvement. The bathrooms, beds, kitchen, plastic tables and chairs etc. Is sub standard and not worth the price we paid. It’s a huge property but not managed properly, definitely very different from the way it’s published on youtube. Please improve, or don’t charge so much, check competitors and the services they provide. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good cozy property for a short weekend trip and relaxing time with family. Overall communication with the owner was good, the caretaker was helping and prompt. Food options were good and filling. We enjoyed swimming pool but it could have been cleaner for a better experience. Not much to do around but they had few games and indoor activity options, camp fire and barbeque are available if required.
