Unhygienic room. No cook available. Not well maintained. Public areas were dirty and pathetic. Washroom was smelling. Ac did not work in first room. Staff was nice

This wooden house is not maintained well. Washroom was not that clean. Door glass was broken. One of our guest child got cut on hand because of that. Glass need to be replaced immediately.

When i have reach hotel for check in, the desk guy dont know about our booking, he call his owner for confirmation. I have wait outside of room almost 45 min because room was not clean after the check out of earlier customer. Food not as per our requirement and needss. Eg. I have ask for specific fish which was not available. In room water was not available we have to buy water bottle separaty.

Hotel localities is good as it's sea facing. There was lack of services regards to food, cleanliness everything. Bathrooms were not clean. No food available anytime. Need toborder at-least 2 hrs prior. No water / water bottle provided. Need to buy the same rooms were stinking no sufficient lights provided for night time in rooms
