Very nice property. Staff harmfull. Room specious and clean. Location also good. Nice for stay.

The rooms we have booked through make my trip approx three and half month ago is totally different from they provided during staying. The location is different from the booked hotel. They have shifted on another property of that hotel. Room was third class, wash room was dirty and found bad odour in blankets and beds too. The experience was horrible. Our parents are 75+ after reaching there we faced lots of trouble. I am hopeless with make my trip. And we have two more booking with make my trip in this tour, so i am scared with coming experience.

I will not recommend it to anyone. No cleanliness, no good kitchen, selected items available bathroom below standard far away from the main market. Though convince gets arranged by the so called caretaker there.

We had to change room twice for problems in room in a single night stay. And when we woke up in the morning there was no water in bathroom. Caretaker was not available at the hotel. And literally nob-one was answering phone. We had to wait for next 90 min then they started water in bathroom.

This is a completely useless hotel, it is not a hotel, a family cannot stay here at all, it seems such a scary place at night

We had a great experience during our stay there, the rooms and the location are really nice. The open lawn and balcony are the charm. Food is also great and so is the staff. Me and my girlfriends had a safe and sound stay. We definitely recommend this place and enjoy your khajuraho trip.

No towels no soap and no room service

Service was pathetic. Ac was there but the remote was not there. No towel, no water nothing. Will never suggest anyone to go there.

Rooms in the property are too bad. Keep stinking. Damp from inside. Ac makes a lot of noise. Hot water not available in bathroom. Taps are broken and everything things is taken casually. We were not provided towels, soap in rooms. Even no water was provided! i would suggest not to book the property. It was very difficult to stay in. Since we had paid in advance we had to stay. Service was poor too

Overall good. The location was far from the bageshwar dham. But you can stay there. You can visit the other places of khajuraho also

Stayed for one night. I think we were the only guests in the hotel. There is no power back up in the hotel. Mains supply was erratic through out the night. Showets need huge upgradation. Parking is very limited.

Hotel is at very good location, surrounded by nature. Room was very neat and clean. All the staffs were very helpful and professional. Food was also very good, i would love to stay again whenever i will go to khajuraho.

Food: there were limited options for food. But it was good. Rooms : average wash rooms: were not clean. Amenities - parking space is less.

In the first room, flush was not working and then they changed the room, there were insects and dogs roaming around. Please dont book this ever.

Well behave staff specially thanks to mr. Ashish such excellent person + guide very helpful nature this was my relaxation trip and i very super happy from hotel

A total disappointment. The property is totally run down place, needs urgent attention in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, upkeep. The wc seat was broken, there was no fresh air in the bathroom, no exhaust fan, the showers did not have any handles. It was dirty n filthy. We had to experience the foul smell from the bathroom throughout our stay. There is no one to take the feedback. No tv, no glasses, no water no intercom in the room. Did not know who to contact. Noone to remove the used food plates. No bell outside the room. The pictures shown must be of some other place. Very disappointing stay. the bathroom, it is worst than any public toilet. Unlikely to visit in future.

On arrival it was found no ac room is serviceable. They requested us to adjust in non ac room but we refused and lastly they arranged 2 delux ac room in nearby marriage resort. There staying was comfortable but no canteen facility was available.
