The wifi was there but they did not switched it on. No mineral water. You cannot park car inside after 10 pm. We booked for 3 peoples, did not gave us the room showed in image rather gave us a person room and a low quality matrices. There was a small all around. Infrastructure was very old. Old style iron table. Wash basin was not inside the bathroom rather it was outside in the room. It was like a low standard dharamshala

My room is a basic, no-frills space that requires some essential amenities. While it serves as a functional space, enhancements would significantly improve comfort and livability.

We are deaf. There are few mosquitoes in the hotel, there is no clothes hanger. Roughly at the hotel.

I had a great stay at zaina tourist home, the staffs were very friendly, and the rooms are clean, it's not the best but it can get the job done

Had a decent stay. The room was good. All amenities were provided. Above all the staff were very helpful and provided very good service. The location is very good as it about 1km to kollam beach and quite near to the bus stop from where you take a bus to go wherever you want to go. Also the railway station is also very close. The are various types of shops nearby be it food, medicine or other things so you won't have to go here and there.

Exellent hotel. Nice pick from make my trip. Hotel was very clean. They were very cortious and sevice mentality staff. I recommend and for the up comming stay out side my house i will choose these type of hotels from make my trip.
