Stay was good. They have made this building as collage hostel so it’s too much crowded you have to wait for 10-15 mins for lift. And there was no hot water for bath as its resources are over utilized now.

Avoidable!

This is Zolo PG providing vacant rooms as a hotel. No formal reception. Had to call multiple times to let them know I am at the property and would appreciate some reception for checking in. Apprently after 7:30pm the property managers go unavailable. Understandable from a PG point of view, not as a hotel. Worst, I ended up in a shared flat in B building that was horrible to say the least. Pest infested with grocery spread all over hall and barely dusted. Photographs would tell the tale. Support staff tried their bit by changing the bedsheet, but what can one do when the baseline state is terrible. Having stayed at this property for months as a tenant with Zolo previously I was hoping for a respectful experience but guess it turned out to be the last.
