The room is not even 1% relevant to the pictures they have attached, it terrible. All the rooms are so so old. Not at all worth the money.

Waste of money ,below standers room allotted me rate was per day ,clearly cheated me ,sleep with mosquitoes

Clam and quite place. Well maintained swimming pool. Children really enjoyed their holidays. Hotel staff were friendly.

The potential of the facility is commendable; however, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism among the staff and management. The resort's construction and design are impressive, enhancing the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, there was a lack of information provided about the resorts and amenities upon check-in. The poorly maintained kids' play area without necessary safety features is worrisome for families. Moreover, the restricted pool timings and delayed opening time until 10. 30 am, along with the unavailability of towels and safety floaters, left a disappointing impression on our stay.

It's a good place for stay with family. We all like very much the place. Good food with good behaviour and also neat and clean place. Here also so-many other activities like cycling and games. Swimming pool facility also available. We enjoy it. We recommend everyone to come and enjoy.

It's quite bad experience there. No value for money

Poor quality room. Bad arrangements. Saw 2 lizards in room. Bathroom was in bad condition. Not worth the high amount paid.

Location is quite inside, but can you find it easily. Rooms are okay, but there are no charging points for mobiles and laptop.

Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable

Excellent placement of the resort. Best service from the whole team, restaurant and reception crew, etc. Always available to serve our requests. Food may seem bit pricey. Activities available are adequate and the best in all is the nature walk. We all enjoyed it very much🥰

Recommend location for stay and it’s an ideal spot if you want to make one day trip to munnar, kochi, back waters of vaikom and allapey. The resort is spacious and have all the luxury that you ask for. Good food too.

Property is excellent. Amenities and services were good. Food too was good, if the timings of service were a bit more liberal then it would have been excellent. Missed 24 hrs coffee shop. Starting of room service from 8 am is a bit too late in the morning.

This place had everything, but looks like not maintained properly. They have kids play area, bicycles, badminton court, indoor games area + some gym equipments. But, not maintained. The pool water was not that clear and transparent enough. We felt the resort still has the potential to get refurbished to a beautiful put. But until that, not recommending for the amount being charged. The food was good and the restaurant staff were very courteous.

Over rated hotel. It is just or below 3 star. But rated as 5 star Photographs misguiding. Flush not working. Ac not working. Food is horrible and seems brought from outside. Not hot water. Don't make a choice as resort. No guests most of the days. So they unable to manage the show

We had a wonderful experience. My family really loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The faculty were really helpful. I would recommend it to my family and friends. And we got discount in make my trip.

Had a exciting onam in this resort with full family memebrs, which will be remembered for ever. A total of 18 people stayed in teh resort. The food was fanastic. The overalll ambiace was awesome. The pool really added the fun among the family. The elders could not swim just beacuse of the old age only.
