Words cannot explain the beauty of this property. A perfect portuguese styled house with simple interiors but mind blowing view. Was always hunting for the international styled beach house and finally this is something that makes a mark. Very friendly and helpful caretaker. The host was super sweet to help us with anything and everything. Literally, a house on the beach. Will definitely recommend everyone to visit this super unique and underrated stay in mangalore.

The caretaker was so annoying went on calling us every half an hour not to talk or not to play any music. The property is located on sea shore would literally on sea due to corrosion, the property as such is isolated and no house close to it. The sea as such was very aggressive and loud, we had music on and to be honest we were not at all loud that it could be heard from outside, i would say not even from the road right infront of it. The care taker kept annoying us by calling over phone every half an hour to reduce the music. This property is not friendly to anyone who would want to enjoying their evening or night. If you would like a place to sleep then this would be the right one. The host was friendly, but the care taker was really really annoying. We were all frustrated that night from his nuisance. Not a place to enjoy with family or friends.

The property is on the beach and has decent interiors but the location is a bit remote and the house has only one ac and the food arrangements are poor. But the caretaker is very polite

The room was good and comfortable. The caretaker and the owner were very friendly and helpful. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The whole property was neat and comfortable. The location was also amazing, it was easy to reach. I really enjoyed my stay in that property.
