If you are driving from Delhi, Delhi-Meerut-Roorkee-Vikasnagar-BairatKhai-Nagthat and Delhi-Nahan-Ponta Sahab-Vikasnagar-Bairatkhai-Nagthat are the two roadways to reach the property. From Delhi, the cottage is about 315 km.

The property is 72 km away from Jolly Grant Airport.
