The guy who sits at the reception was very rude. Before going to ujjain, our friends have told us that you will get early check in at all the hotels in ujjain and they have got early check ins during their visit. This hotel guy denied us early check in even though many rooms were vacant. We booked this hotel as it was quite new, but maintenance quality was very low. We missed our Omkareshwar trip due to late check in.

property location is good but no restaurant in the property or near by. Bathroom was not good in condition.

Hotel and rooms are very clean. Owner was very nice person and staff was very co operative. Only they have to start restorent which in progress.

Excellent stay with clean rooms and helping staff, easy to excess every temples and famous restaurants of Ujjain.

Basic stay at a peaceful locality . Needs improvement on hygiene and hospitality . Warm person trying his best to make guest comfortable.

Very very small rooms, good for a single person. Person managing the property is supportive. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Found many hair on the bedsheet. Not at all worth the price.

This is a neat and clean place. Small, but worth it. We stayed in the triple bed family room with balcony and it was totally relaxing. People at property are warm and helpful. They don’t have an operational restaurant at the moment and plan to open soon. Location is a bit away from the main temple road, but not far.

utter disappointing. the bath room the wash basin is too small. the attitude of staff is too arrogant. no staff. only one man that too boy... too much noise outside because windows are not sound resistance... overall pathetic service

Entire hotel only 1 men staff no any other. Only 1 men do everything. And we booked premium room with bathtub but there is no bathtub so I totally waisted my money for this room only good tho is hotel is new thats only 1 thing there is no working geyser so you can’t get hot water. Manger is very helpful but he only 1 in entire hotel.

The staff was very supportive. They provide everything on time. Also help in providing the milk for my daughter.

Good staff clean roon value for money the location is near the railway station currently they do not have pantry
