Good location. Very positive and courteous staff. Guests are very well taken care. Room is cozy and well maintained. Quality of food is good. The stay was value for money. The swimming pool needs improvement in terms of clean water. Overall it is a good experience.
Not good, MMT overcharged us

It was highly expensive as compared to other good hotels in the city. Cottage from outside looks to be very internationally designed with soothing color but inside is disaster -very small. Found big wild spider twice though staff helped us pushing it off every time. Breakfast served was not warm at all really cold. 10. 5k inr is too expensive for a night in such a property. Worst part is, when we reached there the price for room was told as 7000/- per night for a cottage and I paid more than 10k inr -very disappointed! Although, I would like to mention staff was quite nice to us and helpful specially the manager.
We had a very nice experience. The view out of the room was extremely beautiful. The room was quite clean and good. The hotel was absolutely conveniently located and everything was close to the hotel. It was in the heart of the city and easy to find. The beach was near to hotel. The staff's behaviour was quite approachable and quite helpful. Services were very good and were on time. Check-in and checkout was on time. The appearance was maintained well. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained with amenities in working order it was look like a hut. Quality of food was good and we take complimentary breakfast. They had activities in the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located far from the city. I had visited this hotel with my groups for relaxation trip. I had booked the room by travel agency. The hotel was located in the centre of the city.
