The hotel location is very goog, near to market place, but the deluxe room condition is below average. AC is not working properly, room is very small in size, room I'd not so neat and clean, food is average. Overall not value for money

Location was excellent for nature lovers, food was OK type. Service was also so. If you love nature you will like it ... In case you want to have food outside better have and they check in the resort since it 4-5 kms away from the main road. Nature lovers can stay blindly ..

Excellent hospitality, well maintained rooms, spacious and well located resort. Good food. I surely recommend to the families to go for this resort. Preferably go in the season surely will enjoy. It's a good choice when compared to stay in area.

If I had to describe the place and my stay in one word it would be BEAUTIFUL. Located amidst nature, the place bridges the gap between your soul and nature. Silence everywhere, you can listen to the gyrating of trees and birds chirping and the sound of the crickets. The interiors are very vintage and English. Staff is VERY cordial and well trained and make your stay memorable. The room is beautiful with a small sit out area outside. There is a coffee trail that's organised which helps you know about the different coffees - arabica and robusta and so on. Apart from that, you can also go for bird viewing. Consult at the reception. You can even go for spa. Wish there was WiFi though. Vodafone users might not have internet and telephone connectivity. However, if you want a weekend getaway to only relax, be disconnected from the internet and be amidst nature then eyes closed this is an excellent option. The owners of the place specially Sadat was an excellent host.

I will start with the location which was awesome. We stayed in Premium room which was in between coffee plantation and was pretty much cool-clean and spacious with Sofa, Kettle. It was all green around the home stay. Ample parking space. Service was awesome. The best part of staying in Homestay (HONEY POT) was the food (GHAR JAISA KHANA AUR TASTE)- less spicy. Plantation tour (1 hr) was part of our particularly about coffee. The guide was knowledgeable and he told us about the plantation. Overall it was nice experience. If you are looking for a relaxed trip, visit Honey Pot Homes.

Excellent stay, it was very pleasant. So peaceful that we could hear our own heart beat. Varun (Estate Owner) received us, Rooms were very clean. Food was excellent, we felt like home. Thanks to Cook - Siddu. You order him what ever you want for dinner in the morning, you will get it on the table for dinner. Loved the Lawn, our kid just enjoyed the stay.

I stayed in Thaneerhulla Cottage Room. Overall experience is average. Good Points: (1) Located inside plantation, so different experience. (2) Taste of food is good. Bad Points: (1) I observed voltage fluctuation in room which resulted into AC going off sometimes. (2) TV in the room was not working, there was a loose connection in wire. They should check it before check-in. (3) Caretaker is very lazy, all services were delayed. Sometimes he forgets about the order at all. (4) I even did not like the manager. Before check-out, I asked for one bottle of mineral water and got the reply that "Sir, your bill is already done". Then I told him that I can pay again in cash and then only he gave me water bottle. This is not expected in a hotel when you pay 6K. (5) Only bsnl and airtel network works there. WiFi speed is very slow as they have kept the router in some corner room. (6) Room size is small and not up to 6K standard. (7) All tourist spots are very far from this location. (8) They provide free breakfast which is good but there is no tea/coffee included in that. I was charged Rs. 100 for one cup of tea during breakfast. (9)Do not expect hill view from Thaneerhulla Cottage Room.

Stay located in a silent beautiful place and the food is nice. But on the room maintenance it could have been done better. Room boy Sanjith was very humble, you can enjoy your vacation in this place. We went to Cheluvara Falls, it is also a awesome place to visit.

We stayed for a couple of days in this Hotel. It's not a resort in any sense. Fits more in the home stay category. Service and the food prepared by the Chef was awesome. We got a room on the ground floor which we didn't like. The rooms are spacious but no ventilation and were not even painted properly. Overall a decent place but overpriced in my opinion.
