I would like to say only one thing- please never ever stay here. 1. It's in a hill station where the water is freezing and it didn't have a geyser. Hot water comes only from 7:30-9:30am. 2. No packets of sugar, coffee or tea 3. No bottle of water provided 4. Service is pathetic 5. Even a bowl takes 20minutes to come. 6. They don't keep ice cubes 7. Bathroom tiles were broken No apologies from the hotel staff.
