Decent hotel for family but cleaning is not proper in bed,curtains,and washroom still need to maintain hygiene. Morning breakfast good 👍. Car parking need to improve. Hotel location is ok.

Good deal of rooms and delicious lunch. Complimentary Breakfast food needs to be improved more not much delicious when compared with the lunch menu. Toilet cleanliness can be improved more. The rooms were maintained well by the management.

Bed sheet and towels were not clean enough... whereas room and toilet was ok...location was also ok... service was slow but ok... may be due to rush

The food quality was decent but it's very expensive equalbtoba 5 star property. Check-in delayed by more than a hour. Premises not at all maintained well... Room neatness was just fine... Very poor experience overall...

The hotel is nicely managed and the rooms are spacious and clean. It has a good view and is close to the city centre. The breakfast was good and the staff were professional. Highly recommend.

Ours was a very average stay, the room definitely needs maintenance, there were continually power fluctuations in the night, and no additional facilities are an option if you don't have other options .location being in a secluded place was very peaceful, but no shops if you want to go around for a walk. The food was good.

Not very clean. Dirty bed sheets, no toilet paper , slow wifi , dirty old walls. Not maintained at all.

Tasty food was provided at the stay. Location is nearest to many kids play-area .family friendly location. They responded quickly for all queries. 6-7 min walk to Yercaud lake . Hair dryer and kettle facility was provided . Affordable and safe stay .

Location is nearest to all tourist places. Maintenance is good. Staffs are polite and respond to queries immediately. Food is average.

Very bad stay, food was disgusting, very less item in breakfast and in dinner whatever we ordered was tasteless and also in Many items they say not available. Yercaud people usually go to chill in resort or hotel but in hotel there was nothing to do no play room.....nothing. Room condition Also bad, broken hand shower and tap. Worst stay of my life....😐 It was very bad experience, food was also very bad. Breakfast menu was less and tasteless nothing was good in menu only 4 to 5 item. Food we ordered in dinner too that was also very bad a d tasteless. From menu many things were not available also.

location is good.nearby to lake and main center.Room was spacious with one double cot and two additional cots.Dinner at the restaurant was not that great due to the limited menu provided at night.
