when I pay for executive room 207 . then at the time of checkin they provided me basic room 204. why they said mmt book same room to other they gave me basic small room valued approx 2400 for 2 rooms...

Location is perfect, food quality was decent, poor amenities, decent service, scope of improvement is there, i have not given access wifi, they told me that there is some technical issues going and the last for all the 2 days of my stay. Otherwise staff are very polite and helpful.

There is shortage of stuff. Room service is limited. Location is odd. Rooms were not very neat and clean and the sheets were also not clean.

The rooms are clean and good for the price I paid but never have I ever come across any hotel/homestay room where the Ac is remotely controlled by the owner of the house. There is no Ac remote control in the two rooms we booked and the Ac was set at 26•C. On the first night, after a phone call it was reduced to 24•C but after 2 hours it went back up to 26•C again. The second night too we had to call up the owner and make a special request for lowering the Ac temp. It was brought down to 22•C. Imagine, it was the peak of Guwahatti summer and there’s three of us guests packed into a room! The Ac was just hanging there looking more like a decoration than an air cooler! Just for this reason alone, I gave it a “BAD” rating. The owner was accommodative and polite but the summer heat and the Ac temperature did not help us in experiencing a nice homestay experience!
