The Resident Hotel

Hotel is pathetic. Lift was not working they gave room at 4th floor. No room services tv was there but there was no cable no towel in the washroom rooms were smelling, breakfast was cold, poor water pressure in toilet overall not recommended to visit this hotel.

Food was good, spacious room, but The best was service quality. Staff were very attentive to our needs.

Good experience and nice stay. Enjoyed a lot.

I always prefer to stay in whenever I visit srinagar and since I didn't get room in I looked for other hotels. I have seen Renaissance before also during my business trips to Srinagar. Since my customer is located near to the hotel I booked the room there. The hotel is worth to stay and it is value for money. The food and hospitality I experienced at hotel are great. I strongly recommend guests to stay in this hotel during your stay in Srinagar.

Hotel was almost empty, we requested for morning alarm, no response, staff doesn’t even have idea of airport timings and gave wrong advice, they conveyed if flight was at 9:30. We could leave hotel at 8:00 or 8:30 which was very wrong.
No hot water, only available for specific timings, kitchen had no service, came to know no cook available.

Good for short stays. Hotel is located in a defence colony so no need to worry about safety .
Need WiFi network in the rooms, not only in the lobby.

The owner of the place is really nice. All the people is ready to help you in everything you ask for. Is a really great place to enjoy your time in Srinagar.

Nice hotel helpful staff tidy rooms nice washroom over all value for money and comfortable stay with all facilities which a 5star hotel has will recommend this hotel I think best in Srinagar or may be in Kashmir.

This was my best trip ever! Very nice arrangements made by the hotel, theentire staff was very entertaining and supportive. Great change made possible by the ambience! Arrangements made were good.

Our room was clean and staff are humble. Dye to curfew they were unable to get food supplies ... But they some how managed to serve us dinner and breakfast ... Very good people ... Park outside is beautiful

Staff is very courteous. Hotel is spic and span. There is too much problem of water. Though there are Bathtubs in washrooms. Water bottle is of 75Rs. Light system is also very pathetic. After 9:30 taking Bath becomes problematic.

Everything is OK. Food quality need to be improved a lot. Kitchen and Service staff need to be more clean and tidy. Hotel must provide some suitable accommodation for the Driver of the Guest and it is a MUST as the driver is also a human being and he has to drive the vehicle next day also. If the driver does not sleep well, how he can drive the vehicle safely next day?

A great stay with decent price through MMT. The staff and the facilities were really good. A good value for money. The food served was according to our requirements. Would like to recommend the same for all..

It was clean location was excellent food a bit expensive as compared to others but quality other wise good I would recommend people to go to kashmir as the terrorism is just a media hype I could jog on the streets of Srinagar and it's a decent place. These guys deserve tourists.

La pieza estaba bien, pero la sabanas nl estaban tan limpias. Pedimos queue las cambiaran why lo hicieron why estuvo bien. El baño limpio pero se mojaba. El desayuno rico why el personal del hotel extremadamente atento ;)

Room was very clean, and hotel staff was very cooperative. Beautiful location of the hotel. Food was also good. Location of hotel is comfortable for every tourist palace such as Dal lake and tulip garden also.

Rooms are very spacious with wooden flooring, food excellent but they dint had the buffet as it's an off season, location is not very scenic but not bad either. The only issue is the Hot Water which is available only in the morning for a couple of hours. Worth the money we spent, as we get a good price at make my trip.
