Maine unse bola ki agar aapke hotel ka rule h to aap MMT ke terms and conditions me kyo nhi mention krte. Aapne jo jo mention kiya wo sb maine follow kiya. Uske bad muje checkin diya jata h but room key nhi di muje bola ki aap room me jao aapko key mil jayegi. Jb m room me gya room open tha andar jake maine room lock kiya kuch time bad muje bahar jana tha to m bahar gya 1 ghante bad m wapas aaya room ko open krne ki kosis ki room ka gate open nhi ho rha. Fir m niche reception pe gya or bola ki muje room key do unhone muje mna kar diya ki aapko room key nhi denge aapne 500/- security ke jma nhi kiye. Maine room me mera saman h pichhe se kuch gayab ho gya to aap jimmedar honge. Unhone mujse bola ki hmari koi jimmedari nhi h aap 500/- jma kijiye or room key le jaiye

Overall experience about the hotel was good.Hotel staff was cooperative.

The hotel did not provide any amenities like Kareena services, scooty or any good room, the room was nothing like the photos uploaded on MakeMyTrip, it was all editing. The staff was also very bad and useless, their nature was not at all polite and soft, I visited the worst hotel of my life through MakeMyTrip app.

Dirty rooms stinky bathrooms same breakfast everyday if book with breakfast and that too stale food.

The rooms are spacious but not clean & hygienic. There are continuous loud noise of doors from ceiling. There are cockroaches in bathroom.

The staff of the hotel was okish and could be better but other things was alright as we got window room

Property Location is great,food was tasty and delicious however found little expensive in comparison to other restaurants.Room delivery was prompt as well. The one thing that mattered was no escort after checking in,you approach your room on your own.While checking out too no one escorting you. If above thing is taken care off ,it would be a great stay and value for Money.

Washrooms are very dirty. And their service is poor and costly . Rooms are old and dirty bedsheet stinks. Only good is their location

Pathetic service, very rude staff. I have seen for the first time in my life that any hotel is denying to provide RO water in room. in morning the receptionist calls and ask that provide us 5star rating and send us screenshot we will give you complimentary breakfast. The hotel management reply’s to some of the reviews that we are apologetic we will work on this but I can clearly see whoever has given the low ratings to this hotel are completely right.

Third class hotel room is very dirty and washroom condition is very bed.food is very poor Even the quality of the food is non-hygienic. bed mattress condition is very poor

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—close to major attractions and easily accessible. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended

Everything is fine . They also offer me breakfast as complimentary but I denied .but I m totally satisfied with the hotel management so thank you make my trip for making my trip this much comfortable
