The room was horribly. Small and the bed size is nothing but for the size of a train 3 tier berth. There is no heater or hot-water available. The toliet seats are pathetic and looks infected with fungus

Most terrible stay i ever had at a hotel ( i meant “hotel”). This is nothing note than a lodge named “suits”. Rooms seems ok, but toliey is horrible with stanes, bad odour and balck colour water from water tap. Shower not working. There is no receptionist after 8 pm. No room service, no tea pot or restaurant. If you wish to have a tea in the morning, you have to walk for 500 mtrs. Location is inside a market where only workshops and logistics hubs are there. Whats more, if you want a bottle of water in the night, you take an auto and find some shops near to railway station.

Hotel staff misbehaved with me, before check in i asked for using washroom they denied. There is no public washroom. Hotel room boys comes to our room without knocking and used vulgar languages to me. And tried to misbehave with me. This hotel is not secured for ladies.

Poor amenities. Wash room quality is poor. Limited parking. Tiny room & very much conjusted. It's over priced for the offered facility.

The hotel location is found 3 km away from thangassery light house. No food provided. If we need we just order from online food delivery partners. One negative is that the ac has no cooling. Other services are good, especially the receptionist behavior.

Very very very average room with rundown beds and linen. Building looks good only from outside. Not worth the price. Could not sleep as the windows are not sealed properly and noise from road just hitting my ears all night. Stayed on second floor and pathetic view of garbage dumped on site next to the building. Don’t recommend.

Location is calm and quiet. On the way to beach. Renovation was going on. No restaurant facility available. Lot of mosquitos. Need more clean and hygienic atmosphere. Tv was not working properly. Overall rating ok. But expects good improvement.

The hotel did not have an attached restaurant and all other eateries are far from this location. Also, hot water was not available either due to a solar heater issue and it gets rather cold in the early mornings. All in all, the stay was not impressive and i would advise others interesting to call in advance to check if the basic amenities expected are available.

No proper service no room boys nothing. Dont even knows how to deals with custoners. Irritation talks. So bad to associate with such properties. Waste of money

The property is in a quiet and peaceful street only 1. 5 km from both the railway station and the ksrtc bus stand and can be easily located with the directions of the google map. Overall, the stay was good. The front desk personnels were friendly and very co-operative. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The room was spacious and clean. Cleanliness of the bathroom was good. I am not giving a 5-star rating to this otherwise nice property because of the following reasons: 1) the restaurant at the property was not functioning; 2) hot water was not available in the bathroom and the door latch of the bathroom was not working; 3) sufficient quantity of tea/coffee, sugar and milk powder sachets were not provided; and 4) got drinking water only after asking. Still, i recommend this property for a brief or overnight stay.

Rooms are well maintained. Support from staff were also good. Car parking is available. Room is having enough space.

It was quite friendly and good. Services were provided as we needed. The only defect was the ac, it had a leakage and when we entered the room it had a smoke smell. That wasn’t that welcoming.

He demanded for early check out even before the timing shown in app during booking. His behaviour was very rude and unprofessional

Out of the 6 days of stay, 3 days the lift was not functioning. It was told that the motherboard of the lift is having problem. Now it is not exactly sure as to when the technician will come, as the technician need to come from bangalore, it was told.
