I stayed here for a night in Feb 2024 and regretted every penny spent on this place. First- the description and the unique selling point of this is supposed to be stargazing but the window panes through which you are supposed to see the stars was dirty. Imagine the attitude of the owner charging you a bomb for stargazing and not caring about cleanliness of the main thing. Needless to stay we only saw dust and not stars. Secondly, you have to trek to this place for a good 15-20 mins through a horrible, inaccessible route which was not mentioned anywhere. Leave alone kids or aged people, even young adults will find it difficult to travel to room from roads and you will be cut off from the market which is bustling and has good cafés. Lastly, the caretaker’s attitude was horrendous to say the least. Supposed to be a luxury offering, the caretaker had no clue on how to manage premium experience. They have the most stupidest QR code check in system and the caretaker didn’t let us into rooms till we completed the process. The least he could do is get us placed in the rooms and insist on doing it later given the tiredness of his customers from a long route. I usually do not regret spending money anywhere but this place has made me extra cautious on booking these so called homestays with poor management. Please avoid this place at any cost

First and Foremost, We are running the property since 3 years and it is mentioned on our website and all platforms as well that property is off road and you need to walk 10-15 mins to reach. We have hosted from 3 yr young to 83 yrs old as well, so if walk is a problem you should avoid mountains specially off beat places. Jibhi is an off beat place and most of the property and tourist spots are treks only. Coming to the cleaning of the glass, we do it every alternative days but we don't clean the glass once it is about to rain or snow as it was expected to rain the day you checked in so we didn't. Noone is allowed to enter the cottages until and unless the check-in process is completed and if you think uploading a form via QR scanning is stupid, then my friend you should not book hotel via online booking platform as well. We don't mind you give us 1 star or negative rating but be vocal about things Thank you 👍🏻

Worst hotel, not even half worth of it's price

From the very start the hotel was located far into the woods which was accessible only after walking in trek area for about 20 minutes. One cannot reach there vehicle alone even if they want to. About which nothing was mentioned at the time of booking. Anyone with even a slight discomfort in walking can not reach the hotel. After reaching the only regret was booking it at the very first place. We paid for the room and the room was not even worthy of rs 3000 rent. There is nothing about star gazing in this hotel. The glass on the roof was full of dirt. Almost nothing was visible above, let alone stars. There was no chef in the kitchen. According to the owner, the chef was on holiday. There were only 2 people at the property. Owner himself and just 1 more worker. Owner was just interested in making money in whatsoever way possible. Zero class experience.

Hi Abhishek First and foremost you called us a night before around 11:45 PM for the booking and then you booked via MMT, so that's not our fault. Even if there was no chef, you and your friends were served fresh, hygienic and delicious food. That's what your friends told us.
