This is a very good property in a serene location. Very clean and people around are also friendly and helpful. The golf club restaurant and the Club Mahindra are good eating options. The negatives are 1. The food provided by the Dhabas around is not edible. 2. ⁠Kutir should have a tie up with a cook somewhere close by who can be engaged by the guests at an extra charge to cook for them. 3. ⁠We tried eating food from Sharma Dhaba but found it to be pathetic.

It was wonderful experience. Neat and clean property with all the amenities. Kitchen has all the utensils. Recommended for families with small kids. However, the property is on a peaceful place with nothing around apart for sharma bhojnalya.

It is an amazing property with scenic views all around. All amenities are there for instances a kitchen, hot water 24/7, both bed rooms are cozy with lovely views, living room is a bliss, best thing is to have food in the balcony. Will recommend this to people who are looking for peace and mountains along with a "feel at home" vibe. Thanks for Atmaram ji, he is always ready to help if need be. Enjoyed it and will come again for sure.

The flat is in an amazing location with a picture perfect view. From The Kutir you would have good access to Shimla and Tatapani. The flat is equipped with everything one would need at a Home Stay, very good interiors.

Our overall experience was great. site, location and the view was dreamy for us, it’s peaceful and quite. you can even do you office work without Any disturbances. cleaning staff was hygienic and friendly. our host Ankur was also helped us in every possible way. the best part was the food from the nearby Sharma’s bhojanalaya. reasonable prices and palatable. had a great experience also recommend. you should visit without any second thoughts.

Location is mind blowing. View from location is epic. Nearby food sharma bhojnalaya is a must try specially chilly pane-er dry. Worth spending your time and money. I will definitely visit next time. Value for money.

We happen to stay here during our trip .to bring to your notice this place is apt for people who are coming here for peace solitude and senic views .the location of this property is ultimate sitting inside your home your would still feel so close to nature as it has 180 degree mountain view . The property is clear and has all the necessary items for your comfortable stay.Eatiers and markets are very near by All together it was a pleasurable trip with spellbound beauty around.. Not to forget the helping staff and the cleaners are also very prompt and polite and helpful. The only areas of improvement is despite is a safe parking it should be more well managed.apart from that I rate this property as a five star 🌟
