Hygiene is the bigger issue also there is nothing in breakfast except tea and Poha

We had booked the Suite Room, & room was huge.But everything else was pathetic.There was exposed electrical wiring in the bathroom and and living room, a hole the size of a fist in the sofa, broken tiles in the washroom, bedsheet stains, stains on the roofs and walls and windows, exposed rusty nail in the bedroom, TV was not working, a small pool had a thin layer of water with leaves and moss in it, dining room in the morning was dark and looked abandoned, none of the drawers had doors. Though there were no other guests in the hotel these people were repeatedly following up to check out. Overall pathetic experience.

AC is not proper working. Room is average

I have visited this hotel, the service is very bad, there was no water or restaurant facility in the room & as shown in online make my trip, no facilities were available and the restaurant was not clean either.

One room had cockroaches, so did the other one. The third one didn't have the ac working. The fourth and final had a malfunctioning fan. Not a great experience. The staff was well-behaved, though.

The property must have been great when it opened up, but sadly the lack of care and maintenance was evident. The first room that we had been allotted: as soon as we walked in saw three cockroaches. The room smelled like it was freshly painted, not cleaned for sometime with dust on the floor. The linen was dirty and stained. Second room: based on the complaint they showed me a second room, as soon as the door opened 6-7 cockroaches scurried away. I then requested a different room on another floor. The room was okay, better than the nightmares we saw earlier, however the fan speed could not be controlled. It was either max speed or off. The air conditioner barely worked. Found some cockroaches in this room as well. As it was late in night and the reservation non refundable we were left with no choice. Food in the restaurant was okay. Nothing special. The staff in general was polite and well behaved though the condition of the property was pitiful. Would recommend a different place.

Good food, good service, nice view of girnar.

Sheets were uncleaned. Washroom was awful. Staff was not that supportive. We asked to change room n got one room. Changed but nothing is changed. The entire ambiance was dowsy.

No giver working for hot water

This property is terrible, leaking walls, worse toilets and the plumbing. Tv won't work, bed is noisy and unclean. No service, no bottle of waters in room. Unclean towels. Don't stay here. It's really not good. It will show great lobby but rooms are terrible. Sad that make my trip has also not verified this.

Hotel ashirwad is shame in the world of hospitality. The manager was absolutely rude and asked us to move out of the room before checkout time just because he wanted to entertain some party. Very poor service, incompetent local untrained staff who understood guest more than the manager! in one word it was hostile rather than hospitality. Pathetic is the word!

Hotel is not clean. Towel, bed sheet and pillow cover were very bad. Hot water was also not available. Unprofessional way of approach of staff.

The location is prime. Zoo and railway station nearest.

The hotel staff was very rude and was keep calling us for no reason the bathroom shower was not working properly there is no facility of hot water shower after 5pm so very very uncomfortable drinking water served in very tidy utensils so please ask for water in sealed bottle

Rooms were good but housekeeping and room services were very poor.
