Food was ok in terms of what we had ordered. And we didn’t take any breakfast there, so can’t comment on it. Rooms were decent size and the bathrooms were also decent size. However, the bathroom drain was clogged and was taking a lot of time to drain. They had not filled the hand wash and body wash soaps in the dispensers. Location was quite central and checking and checkout process was smooth. And a surprising thing was that the hotel only provided 1 bottle of water even though 2 people were in the room. Overall they can make small improvements to show that they care. Then the stay could be very good for future customers.

The tariff for the room is highly overpriced.. Room service is below average.. The hotel overcharge for everything.. We had to pay exorbitantly for every bottle of water

We booked a suite room. there was no ac in out room.which introduced them. in morning till night nothing happened. then at 11.30 when I returned to hotel there was no change. I asked to change room and figures out none of the ac was working. still.they placed in one room where ac was 19dm degree and we had to put fan on 5 speed. there were hundreds of mosquitoes in room and reception the breakfast was made to order aaloo parantha, pohe fruit plate and tea. that was given in meeting room converted to dining area where there was lizard. the wash rom light has sensor light which does not switch off and the glare comes on eyes and you can't sleep. there is no service and you tell the staff and they will do what they like.

The property is going through initial setting up process. It is being developed very meticulously and tastefully

Poor service, Staff is irresponsible. Cleanliness 3/5 service 1/5 Location 4/5 Rooms 4/5 room service takes forever and then some time to deliver even water to your room.

The money they are charging vs the services they are providing are very different. Not satisfying at all

Room was preety small ac was not working efficiently avg hospitility.

Hotel reception and accommodation was very good. Also staff were very cooperative

Some issues like red ants on bedding etc. But the staff was helpful. However the owner sunil was pretty disrespectful and lacked basic courtesy in terms of way of talking to the guest. Not what you’d call a hospitable experience.

Room is good and clean but staffs are unprofessional and new. Ac was not working and service is very poor.

Room was good, great location and staff offered us great hospitality looking forward for our next visit
