Worst experience ever! The staff is unapologetic about their behaviour. They spilled hot coffee on my shirt, didn’t even bother to clean it. Unclean rooms... laundry facility,

The place was horrible and the entry had some construction work and the photos did not match the actual hotel, it was in terrible condition. Towels smelled and overall a horrible experience

Rooms were ok but late night check in was terrible. Reception was closed.one person came out after lot of calling and he firstly could not find our booking.After lot if checking in his mobile he found our booking and allocated room. This is not acceptable for MMT registered hotels

The property was under renovation with construction noise and mess. The room had a strong unpleasant smell and water leakage from the air conditioner. Basic amenities such as tissue paper and intercom were not available or not functioning. Due to these issues, I had to leave the hotel within 5 hours of check-in. Given the poor conditions and misleading presentation, I request a minimum 50% refund of the amount paid for my stay. I’ve attached photos/videos as evidence and hope this can be resolved promptly.

Nice hotel, but poor service and bland food spoiled the stay. Hotel was fine, but staff service and tasteless food were disappointing and flavorless meals.

Room maintenance is so poor, the manager is so rude, lift was not working, they behaved very badly, restaurant was not open room was very dirty their was power cut for almost 1 hour in the mid of night they called us to pay the bill on mid night too

Property is in prime location at t point junction. Amenities are good this was my second time stay in hotel first time i got this room with breakfast this time it was not included. I like there rooms personally cons- tv was not recharged, dustbin has lots of used condoms, ac was leaking. Other then that it is good property has nearby lots of eating options
