A great stay

I stayed with my family in this property. The surroundings were peaceful and it was easily accessible. The rooms were in really good condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had food during my stay and it was good. Overall I will recommend this property to others.

Location of The property was easily accessible and really beautiful, overlooking. The property was not that maintained. The room which was provided to us was not having proper lightning as I had my baby with me, proper light in The room needed. The place was neat and clean. Staff was not that cooperative. We reached late at night so, there was a problem for food and all.

Stay was fine and The services were good, The location was good and nearer to some beautiful scenic areas. The caretaker was very caring. Definitely, I would like to suggest to others.

Terrible Stay

This is only hotel which when even after prior notice that due to hilly region combined with bad weather will lead us to delay in our arrival to the property (instead of 9:30 PM we reached at 10:00 PM) curtly replied that they serve dinner only up-to 9:30 PM after that you have to make your own arrangement, same was there response when we were delayed by 30 minutes for breakfast since we went to sunrise at 4:30 AM when for both cases intimation were made 12 hours before hand. Every request and complain to service manager (water not coming, no hot water, tea) has to made at least 3 times with delay of 2 hours to be resolved. Location and view is very good but services are worse than low cost motels.

Hotel experience was really great. Only one thing is there are two types of rooms, one which is a bungalow, for which the pictures are available in the site. We stayed on the other option which was also nice, clean and a great host. We will definitely suggest the place.
