Hello Satyadeep ji I am surprised to see the review by you about our property. I have to again respectfully submitted that the AC of the room that you had chosen had developed some fault. So you were requested to accommodate in neighbouring room which was identical in all respect. No extra money was demanded to you. On the contrary you were insisting for delayed check out beyond stipulated time which was not possible as we had booking on the following day from Airbnb. Inspite of our humble request submission you were repeatedly kept arguing on the same matter and left the property which resulted in irreparable financial losses to us. Finally I wish to bring to the kind notice of all that our property is newly registered on Make My Trip but it’s successful running for more than a year on Airbnb and it is highly rated (4.9* plus) there. Quoting link of the same for confirmation. Even then we would love host with all enthusiasm in future also. With deepest regards.
