Hotel has terrible service, manager is rude. He told us that he won't accept prepaid booking. The rooms were filthy, washrooms horrible, they were not even flushed. Bedsheets were dirty and had stains and were torn from places and it had nil room service.

soloI have booked this hotel through online and made my payment by online only but after reaching the hotel the reception guy ask me to pay more rs. 360 either or cancel your booking.
