Very bad service from make my trip

Day 1st when I check in not able accept the low tariff. So I wait there for aound for 2 hours. Then I want early checkout they are not ready to return my remaining amount this kind of thing happing with me. They said I want specific reason and document. After this, I am not recommending this make my trip service to all my network.

Unclean beds and linen

The bed and pillows were full dirty, we called the receptionist and he gave only pillow covers he said sheets are in laundry and morning geyser was not working again they changed our room even that bed was full dirty. They are not at all maintaining cleanliness and not changing linens.

It's located on the main road of rahkial, the entrance itself so dirty, it's entry with public toilet which is not tolerable. More ever the room service not proper, the bedsheets not changes for three days.
