Pathetic stay

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially in the scorching 42-degree summer heat. The flush was non-functional, the fan didn’t work, and the AC, despite being set to 16 degrees, failed to cool the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the swimming pool was poorly maintained and unclean, and the hospitality was far below expectations. There was no proper reception; we had to personally call staff and save their phone numbers. Additionally, the access road to the resort was unpaved and in terrible condition, Food is not available at the resort nor near by
