Very bad. No bedcover, no pillow cover. Very very poor condition of this hotel

Bad service, no tv, room service bad

It was not a good experience to stay at staymaker amber. I didn't like the hospitality and services provided by them. The ac was not working properly, tv was not in a working condition. Frankly speaking, it was a worst exprience that i ever had. I have not expected such worst service and hospitality from make my trip and if make my trip continues to provide such worst service then the bond of belief that i have over make my trip would become weakened. Take down as a suggestion that, don't include those hotels in make my trip hotel list which fails to acquire customer satisfaction. I expect that, in future, i will be getting better services from make my trip. Thank you

More was good but the tv was not working

Bad behaviour hotel receptionist man

There is only one key of the room. Food facility is not good. They do not clean the room before check-in. There is t. V. But remote is not there. Although they provide another company remote to access t. V. Which didn't work. A. C. Also don't have remote to control.

At first, hotel has to provide the entry time to all of its guests. In the amber show hotel is open 11. 30 pm but i went there 9. 40 pm the hotel closed. Then said that the room is not ready etc.

There were no food arrangements, had to go out for food

When we checked in, we got a uncleaned room with stinky smell and unwashed bed sheet and cockroaches roaming around in the room and toilet. The tv was not working, the hand shower was not working, even the ac was not working properly. The manager or staff could not provide any solution practically. This particular hotel has terrible hygine issues and should be avoided at any cost.

Hotel was very good to stay but non-ac room was-not available and if the rate was 10% to 20% less then that will be excellent for singles. If night enter time will be long upto 12 am then that will be great.

The was near max mall. It is suitable located. There are no arrangements of food. But hygiene and safety was very good. The behaviours of the staff was good.

Not as expected compared to the amount paid for room

We reached there 10min before 12 pm they charged rs. 100 extra for giving the room.

Ac of the room was not in condition, there is no lock system at the door gate.

We like all those facility that was given by the hotel.

Stuff behaviour is verry bad.
