The hotel has not provided the towel. No cloth closet in the hotel. No cloth hangers provided. Tv unit not operational. Nobody bothered to check the status of hot water availability. Ac remote not given. Can't set the cooling temperature also. Auto set by hotel administration. Thanks. Hemant kappad

Pathetic dirty unhygienic rooms and washroom

Dirty unhygienic rooms, unclean toilets. Pathetic not, bedsheets. We vacated room at night 9pm amid shifted to other hotel as it was risky to stay in such dirty place. Whole trip got spoiled

Horror able experience. We booked 2, rooms. But we received onl 1 room. We were all 6 adult. They ask us to adjust in one room. N when we asked them about our other room, they said talk to makemytrip. From makemytrip no one was received calling.

it shows as just 1. 1 km from murudeshwar temple, but actually it’s longer than 1. 1 km. The hotel looking also not at all good. By seeing the location and hotel, i opted out and did not stay and wasted my money
