Rooms are not excellent. Ok only. Heater not work properly then informed to hotel receptionist they said labour not availability. Charge port also not work properly.

Enjoyed the trip and stay is good. The room is near to the temple, so it is very helpful l to the senior citizens with us.

I would like to address the good things first, the hotel is almost 250meters away, making it convenient to visit the temple again. Coming to the worse part, there is no lift, neither someone to take your luggage, bedsheets/walls of the room/washroom extremely untidy, staff members can’t speak hindi/english. If you are looking for one day of stay, without no other options left then you can go for it.

It was a. Short stay there from 3 pm to 10. 30 am on the next. Day. It is better to connect with a travel agency for sight seeing for the coming parties

Pathetic experience, the rooms are really really bad, nothing like shown in pictures and washroom is even worse. Staff is very very rude and will not at listen to you, they are taking booking on per hour bases from just walking people. Do not book this hotel , in fact you'll get much emotional and better hotel just by walking near the temple. Not expected this

They charged 1200rs. Room and bed smelled with stale smoke. They charged extra 500 for ac. My stay was totally 2 hr to refresh which seem expensive.

The details and photos provided is not true. The hotel is not good and it stinks. They have broken taps in washroom and no proper cleaning.

Room has all things like bed, ac, geyser but ac and geyser are not working and room also not good and clean felt disappointed staying there.

This is the best hotel to stay near rameshwaram temple which is just 200 meters away. The rooms are very clean.

Snn dirty tiny dark sweathole room no ventilation unless you are willing to open the window onto the common corridor so people can look in endless noise as people gather in the corridor because the rooms are so tiny dirty and neglected bathroom with filthy soap residue of ages showing very little cleaning the towel rail is not only broken and missing but it is a dangerous jagged piece of steel protruding from the wall i had to argue to get the television to work and finally they went and got a couple of batteries but they have no interest in the customer actually. The wi-fi did not reach my room and even when i could get wi-fi there was absolutely no connection to the internet. So you are sitting there on the snn wi-fi network but there is no internet. The staff speak no english and give no response even when obvious request is conveyed - for two days i tried to get the house woman to come and change my sheets and clean my floor and in the end i had to go down in person and drag someone up to provide new sheets but i ended up sweeping my own floor. it is in effect a rs room being sold at 250% mark up due to proximity to the temple. It was a major enterprise to get replacement sheets and a new towel. With all this they came knocking on the door 930am after five days rent i paid! there was no one stayed longer than one night! - yet they try and get me to leave the room after i had paid fully for days in this swamp. I say swamp because the wet hot air hits you as you enter the room after being outside. My camera actually took moisture inside the case as a result of staying in this room. The bed pillows were shapeless lumpy and moldy underneath pillowcases which were lifelong sweat stained and obviously had never seen soap. They replaced one pillow with a brand-new lumpy hard pillow and provided me with a newly washed pillowcase which was also sweat stained and filthy from the outset. it is well worth rs. 400 - whatever more than this you pay is the markup for the owner i would not return even simply because it is discourteous and ignorant of the needs of the customer. There is no hot shower and the hot water system didn’t work until i demanded a new room. There is no sign of maintenance.
