Rooms are clean but overall experience not great.

The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. The communication to get the pin for self checkin was bad - had spoken to the owner multiple times and given all documents needed as we were doing a late checkin but didn't receive the pin. Had to wait for 30 mins at 12.30am at night and call to follow up and get the pin. The owner didn't respond and had to call alternate numbers from the mmt site to get this. The third bed was in the living room and the fan in the living room was making a sharp noise so that was very disturbing. One of the rooms geyser was not working. One of the rooms has ac and the other does not. The road to this property is not convenient, it's in bad condition. Didn't see any shops downstairs. The toilet and bathroom soaps were not new, they were used from before.
