Silver Tree Inn

I am stranded alone on road as hotel as denied check in stating that this hotel is taken over by some ivy boutique hotel 2 years ago and make my trip is be-fooling you by booking for silver tree inn hence you cant check inn and on top of that make my trip is not helping me either.

Comfortable stay nyc rooms and best prt is garden and view from there, rooms were good food was gud and the people was gud it was nyc stay

Hi friends, today i am here to tell you about this place and i go there with my family one week ago but we have to suffer lots of problem in this place. First i must say there out side infrastructure was good and very attractive that’s why we go there but after that we have to wait for book our room because of there poor management control which gives so much disappointed and when we saw our room we shocked because of there poor quality room and we hate where as we stay there only two days after that we change our hotel and i never suggest for this. Pathetic! absolutely pathetic. The bedsheet was torn. Jug in which water was provided was not even washed. A bottle of water was provided which was directly from tap. Washroom taps were leaking. Lights were not working properly. It wasn’t a pleasant stay at silver tree inn. Definitely not at all value for money. There were almost no amenities provided except blankets, towels, just one soap and a toilet roll. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and the room was pretty hot during the day. You can live amid-st the nature however there isn’t any view of the valleys or the himalayas; not at least from the room that we stayed. The dinner was fine and tasty. However the breakfast wasn’t prepared till 8. 30 irrespective of our request for an early breakfast previous night. The guests are on their own at the property. We find the property not worth the money at all it is v expensive as compared to the services given to us. I think this hotel is running by a woman. So avoid this.

Good location but service quality average

staying in silver tree inn experience is not good.. it seems like they are treating in different way as we booked. all three days they provided the same breakfast ..room was not well cleaned. they showed tv in photos but it doesn't work after complaining they just dragging all three days that they will fix

No restaurant, no proper room service, unprofessional attitude of staff, dirty washrooms. Overall not recommended

I booked the silver tree from mm t when we went there manager vishal told us that there is only one room which is available n they can give us that room for 2500, we informed him that we already booked the room and paid via mm t so he refused to provide us the room he asked me to cancel my booking and one couple entered just after us he gave our booked room to those saying see when u book the room with mm t we have to face some losses see mm t give us only 1800 or 1900 for this booking but if u take this room offline i can give you this room for 2300 instead of 2500 when we refused to do that he gave our room to that couple n asked us to cancel booking as no rooms were available after that. We have to book another room in other hotel worst hospitality

Timing of food delivery should be manage and kitchen staff should be much more good
